By booking our cleaning services, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
1. Scope of Work
We provide both domestic and commercial cleaning services based on the agreed-upon quote, which outlines the tasks included.
We do not offer services such as steam cleaning carpets, laundry services, dishwashing, or other specialized cleaning tasks unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.
2. Access & Cancellations
The client must ensure safe and unobstructed access to the property at the scheduled time.
If access is not available upon arrival, our team will wait up to 15 minutes. If access is still not provided, the appointment will be cancelled and the full service fee will be charged.
Cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours of the scheduled job will be charged the full service amount.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is required in full at least 72 hours before the scheduled job, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Bookings without payment may be subject to cancellation.
For any approved post-service payments, late payments may incur additional fees.
4. Additional Services & Pricing
Any additional requests outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
Window cleaning, deep cleans and other specialized services are available at an additional cost upon request.
5. Touch-ups & Final Work
Your satisfaction is important to us! If you notice anything we may have missed, please let us know within 24 hours and we’ll gladly return for a quick touch-up. After this period, all work is considered final.
